PTFE Lined Hose Assemblies

PTFE lined hose assemblies are available with convoluted or smooth inner linings. Convoluted PTFE lined hose assemblies offer excellent flexibility and kink resistance. Our smooth bore PTFE lined hose assemblies provide a high flow rate and are easy to clean. Our most common over braiding is stainless steel, polypropylene is also available as well as a range of outer covers. We can offer a wide range of coupling options and can supply tafted ends where the PTFE is flared over the sealing face of the hose giving additional protection against aggressive chemicals.

Temperature: -70°C up to +260°C.
Excellent chemical and temperature resistance.
Self-cleaning due to the non-stick nature of PTFE.

Coupling Options:	Threaded, flanges, camlocks, hygienic and quick release fittings.
