PTFE Lined Hose Assemblies

PTFE lined hose assemblies are available with convoluted or smooth inner linings. Convoluted PTFE lined hose assemblies offer excellent flexibility and kink resistance. Smooth bore PTFE lined hose assemblies provide a high flow rate and are easy to clean. The most common outer layer we offer is stainless steel, but other options are available, including polypropylene.

We offer a wide range of coupling options and can supply tufted ends, where the PTFE is flared over the sealing face of the hose, giving additional protection against aggressive chemicals.

Temperature: -60°C up to +260°C.
Excellent chemical and temperature resistance.
Self-cleaning due to the low coefficient of friction properties of PTFE.
