6809—Smooth bore convoluted PTFE hose with stainless steel braid offers flexibility and durability. The inner PTFE tube has a smooth inside bore that is convoluted on the outer edge. It is surrounded by a 304-grade stainless steel outer braid.
The combination of a smooth inside and convoluted outer within the PTFE tube allows for a high flow rate and excellent flexibility properties. The tube is easily cleaned due to the low coefficient of friction properties of PTFE. The surrounding outer layer of 304-grade stainless steel braid provides extra strength and protection.
The 6809 hose is an ideal choice for applications where fast transfer of fluids, steam, or gas is needed within industries like automotive, chemical, food, beverage, and pharmaceuticals.
