6807 - Convoluted PTFE Hose with Stainless Steel Braid

6807 convoluted PTFE hose with stainless steel braid is a heavy-wall extruded PTFE hose designed for durability and versatility. It features an inner layer of helically convoluted PTFE tubing, encased in a 304-grade stainless steel outer braid for added strength.

The convoluted structure creates excellent flexibility, and the heavy-wall makes the hose better suited for demanding applications. The 6807 hose offers an excellent low coefficient of friction, promoting a self-cleaning environment where residual products effortlessly self-drain or easily wash away.

Applications

The hose is used for fluid transfer in many processing applications within refrigeration, chemical, food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and automotive processes.
