6512 - Silicone Glass Fibre Ducting (1 Ply)

6512 - silicone glass fibre ducting (1 ply) is manufactured from silicone coated glass fibre and further reinforced with a steel wire helix visible inside the tube for additional strength. This high temperature ducting is chemical resistant, has a maximum recommended operating temperature of +300°C (intermittent) and is suitable for the extraction of hot air in a range of applications. Applications

Hot air extraction in ceramic kilns, airplane and helicopter cockpit heating, fume extraction, air conduction in areas with high temperatures and protection of cables travelling through hot areas.

  • Good resistance to high temperatures and chemicals.
