Air extraction flexible ducting is most frequently used in applications where rigid steel ducting and extraction systems cannot be used. This may include hard to reach places where space is lacking, or awkwardly positioned machinery and equipment making it difficult to install. Applications include: heating, ventilation and air-conditioning equipment; car, airplane and helicopter exhaust extraction; and light solid particles such as dust, light solids and fibres.
Many of our air extraction ducting are available to purchase by the coil or by the metre. We also supply a wide size range of offset bridge clamps which are specifically designed to connect spiral helix ducting to machinery and equipment, creating a more secure connection compared to standard worm drive style clips. Wyrem is a two ply neoprene rubber coated fabric ducting, reinforced with two steel wire helixes for additional strength. Available from 25mm - 304mm inside diameter. Temperature range of -20°C up to +100°C.
Manufactured from a two ply soft PVC with spring steel wire helix. Suitable for the suction and delivery of liquids, gases and fine particles. Available from 25mm - 102mm inside diameter. Temperature range of -0°C up to +70°C.

6523 is a 2 ply PVC ducting with a coated steel helix. The clear wall makes it easy to identify and remove blockages obstructing flow. Available from 13mm - 408mm inside diameter. Temperature range of -0°C up to +70°C.
A soft, flame retardant PVC ducting with a high tensile steel wire helix for strength and crush resistance. It is lightweight and compressible. Available from 25mm - 152mm inside diameter. Temperature range of -0°C up to +70°C.
