Laminate rods are moulded from fabric, paper, or glass-based materials. They are commonly fabricated into parts and components due to their excellent electrical insulation properties, high mechanical strength, and ease of machinability. These moulded laminates are used in electromechanical applications and industries.
Due to their natural rigidity, laminate materials are often used in custom fabrication to allow for more complex and detailed machining components. These materials can be processed using the same methods as engineering plastics, including CNC milling, sawing, routing, turning, and drilling.
