Stainless Steel Backed Conveyor Guide Rails

Our guide rails are manufactured from 14 gauge 304 stainless steel backing, with 1000 grade UHMW polyethylene inserts to give outstanding resistance to impact and wear. The guide rails are FDA, USDA approved for direct contact with food. Cut lengths are available as required. Stainless Steel Backed UHMW-PE Guide Rails with Locking Insert

The locking insert is designed to add strength and prevent the insert from sliding. They are manufactured from 18 gauge 304 stainless steel and enable easier bending to the required profile.
 

Aluminium Guide Rails and UHMW Plastic Wear Strips

Our guide rails are manufactured from high quality Aluminium and are available separately or supplied with a choice of 1000 grade UHMW polyethylene wear strips. All wear strips are FDA and USDA approved for direct contact with food.
