Wear Strips

Wear strips are used to support and guide roller chains, products and conveyor belts. They are designed to prevent chain or belt movement and reduce vibration, which can increase bearing and motor loads. They are generally manufactured from UHMW plastic which provides a high wear resistance and a low coefficient of friction. We can also work with other materials. 

We offer a wide range of standard extruded profiles as well as machined profiles. We can also manufacture bespoke profiles to suit your exact requirements. Wear bends can also be supplied and commonly used to guide conveyor belts around corners.

Roller chain, conveyor guides, product guides and steel chain.
