Nylon 6 Rod - Cast Yellow Oil Filled

Nylon 6 rod - cast yellow oil filled offers an increased wear resistance (up to x10) and reduced coefficient of friction (up to 50%) compared to standard Nylon 6 grades. It is also internally lubricated, has strong wear resistance and can be easily machined.

Applications

Ideal for unlubricated, highly loaded and slow moving parts.

Temperature: -40°C up to +105°C.
Easily machined.
Improved load bearing performance compared to standard Nylon 6 grades.
Strong wear resistance and impact properties.
Reduced coefficient of friction.
Excellent self-lubricating properties.
