EPDM Rubber Sheeting - Blue Metal Detectable

Metal-detectable EPDM rubber sheeting is an FDA-approved synthetic material ideal for use in the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries. It contains additives detectable by most metal scanning equipment, enabling quick identification and removal of product contamination. The material also provides excellent resistance to dilute acids and bases, making it a versatile choice.

As well as the above properties, metal-detectable EPDM rubber offers the regular features of EPDM such as good abrasion resistance, watertight surface and good performance when in contact with chemicals such as alkalines, diluted acids and ketones.

Applications

We can convert the material into various applications including gaskets, seals, joints and sleeves, common in food production processes.
