GYLON® White Style 3545

GYLON® White Style 3545 is a compressible microcellular PTFE gasket material. It is made up of a compressible microcellular PTFE outer layer with a rigid PTFE core. The compressible layers help the material conform to surface irregularities such as warped, pitted and scratched flanges. The rigid core helps reduce cold flow and creep. GYLON® White Style 3545 also conforms to FDA requirements and can be cut using our in-house CNC machining technology to meet your specific requirements. Applications

Commonly used for glass-lined flanges under low bolt load. Suitable for use with a wide range of media, including strong caustics, strong acids, hydrocarbons, chlorine and cryogenics.
