GYLON® Blue Style 3504

GYLON® Blue Style 3504 is a PTFE gasket material with aluminosilicate microspheres. It offers much improved performance over standard PTFE and helps reduce product loss and emissions. GYLON® Blue Style 3504 helps minimise cold flow problems typical of expanded PTFE and also has excellent bolt torque retention. As with standard PTFE and other GYLON® materials, it withstands a wide range of chemicals. This material also conforms to FDA regulations and can be cut to meet your specific requirements utilising our in-house CNC machining technology. Applications

Used with glass-lined, enamelled or plastic flanges in the chemical, pharmaceutical, food processing, and electronics sectors. Suitable for use with a wide range of media, including moderate concentrations of acids, hydrocarbons, solvents, water, refrigerants, cryogenics and some caustics.
