We commonly manufacture a wide range of gasket types including; flange gasket tables for DIN (European), BS10 (British and Australian) and ANSI B16.5 (USA) standards, inner bolt circle (IBC) gaskets, and bespoke picture frame and dovetail gaskets. We can also convert semi-finished materials to almost any shape, size or profile required from existing samples or dimensional drawings. For more information, please see our bespoke gaskets and CNC cutting section.
Our most common range of materials for conversion include; rubber and sponge sheeting, Klinger® compressed fibre materials and expanded PTFE. We also offer a range of FDA approved and metal detectable grades that are popular in food, drink and pharmaceutical applications when hygiene and detectability is of primary importance. A range of specialist gaskets and seals for use at high temperatures and pressures can also be supplied if required.
