Rubber docking bumpers, buffers or fenders are manufactured from durable rubber and are designed to cushion impact on wagon loading bays. PAR Group offer a range of standard rubber docking bumpers. Galvanised steel support plates, back plates, studs and fixings are also supplied. We can also provide dock bumpers with UHMW front plates for a lower coefficient of friction.

The TPX rubber docking bumpers are manufactured from a highly resilient tyre compound.
Laminate docking bumpers are manufactured using a laminated rubber conveyor, which is edge-on. This means that the docking bumper can withstand a lot of force without being damaged.
The UHMW and rubber docking bumpers are manufactured with a standard rubber back and a 40mm thick UHMW polyethylene front plate. The UHMW front plate provides a low coefficient of friction compared to standard rubber docking bumpers.
Available as either a complete fixing set or as individual components. DBFIX set is suitable for use with docking bumpers on their own or for fixing with back support plates. DBFIXFP set is suitable for use with docking bumpers fixed together with front support plates.
