DIN 2817 smooth tail couplings are available in either brass or stainless steel and are secured to a hose with a ribbed four bolt, two piece clamp. They are available in sizes ranging from ¾" to 4" with the choice of either a BSPP male or female thread.
DIN 28450 tankwagon couplings are commonly used on European tanker fleets in fluid transfer applications. They are easily connected and are secured together using the female locking handle. They have a maximum working pressure of 16 Bar (232 psi).
Guillemin couplings have two symmetrical claws that have no male or female halves. They are widely used on tankers for bulk powder and granule transfer throughout France and Belgium. They have a maximum working pressure of 16 bar (232 psi).
