Stainless Steel Dry Disconnect Coupling

Stainless steel dry disconnect couplings are manufactured from 316 stainless steel and are designed to reduce the risk of spills and product exposure. This is achieved as the two halves cannot be uncoupled without turning the handles to a closed position. When the halves are apart, the handles cannot be moved to the open position. Stainless steel dry disconnect couplings are available with Viton or FFKM face seals and PTFE ball seats. They are a popular choice for dry disconnect applications in the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.

Note: To make sure that you receive all the parts you require for a whole dry disconnect coupling, you must have two components (one male and one female). For example, to order a 2" complete dry disconnect coupling, you would require 1 x DM200A and 1 x DM200D.
