Bauer Couplings

Complete Bauer Set

Complete Bauer type sets are used to connect two lengths of hose together. They come equipped with a lever closure ring, a male and female Bauer to hose tail and a rubber O-ring. Available from 2" up to 12". 

Male Bauer x Hose Tail

Male Bauer type to hose tail couplings are designed to connect a length of hose to a female Bauer type coupling. They are available in galvanised and stainless steel options in sizes ranging from 2" up to 12".

Female Bauer x Hose Tail

Female Bauer type to hose tail couplings are used to provide a connection to a male Bauer and a length of hose. They are available in a range of sizes from 2" up to 12" in galvanised or stainless steel.

Lever Closure Ring

Lever closure rings are used to securely clamp a male and female Bauer type coupling together. We also offer a locking tool and safety locking pin. Available with a galvanised finish from 2" up to 8". 

Bauer O-Ring

Manufactured from natural rubber, Bauer type O-rings create an effective seal between a female and male connection. They are designed to fit inside a female Bauer. Available in sizes ranging from 2" up to 12".

Male Bauer x Male BSP

Male Bauer type to male BSP couplings are designed to provide a connection between a female BSP and a female Bauer type coupling. They are available galvanised or in stainless steel in from 2" up to 8". 

Female Bauer x Male BSP

Female Bauer type to male BSP couplings provide a connection between a female BSP and male Bauer type couplings. Available in galvanised or stainless steel in sizes ranging from 2" up to 8". 

Bauer x Male URT Adaptors

Available with either a male or female Bauer connection to a male URT. These couplings are designed to provide a connection to a female urban round thread. Available in galvanised steel in 3½" x 3" and 4" x 4" size options.

Male Bauer x Weld End

Male Bauer type to weld end couplings are used to create a connection between pipework and a female Bauer. They are available galvanised, without a finish and in stainless steel in sizes ranging from 2" up to 8".

Female Bauer x Weld End

Female Bauer type to weld end couplings create a connection between a male Bauer and pipework. They are available in sizes ranging from 2" up to 8" ungalvanised, galvanised and in stainless steel.

End Cap x Male Bauer

End cap to male Bauer type couplings are designed to plug the flow of fluid and provide a connection to female Bauer couplings. Available in a range of sizes from 2" up to 8" in galvanised or stainless steel.

End Cap x Female Bauer

End cap to female Bauer type couplings are used to isolate the flow of fluid and provide a connection to male Bauer couplings. They are available from 2" up to 8" in either galvanised or stainless steel.

45° Male Bauer x Female Bauer

Male-to-female Bauer-type couplings at a 45 degree angle are used for altering the flow direction in hose lengths or pipework. These couplings are offered in dimensions ranging from 2" to 8" and are manufactured from galvanized steel.

90° Male Bauer x Female Bauer

90 degree male to female Bauer type couplings are used to change the direction of flow on hose lengths or pipework. They are available in sizes ranging from 2" up to 8" in galvanised steel.

1 Female x 2 Male Bauer T-Piece

Female to male Bauer type T-pieces are used to split the direction of flow in two 90° directions. They have one central female and two male Bauer type connections on either side. Available from 2" up to 8".

Bauer Y-Piece

Bauer type Y-pieces are used to split flow in two 45° directions. They are manufactured from galvanised steel and are available with either 1 male to 2 female or 1 female to 2 male ends. Available from 2" up to 8".

Female x Male Bauer Reducer

Female to male Bauer type reducers are used to provide a connection when there is a mismatch in coupling size. They have a larger female and a smaller male coupling. Available from 3" x 2" up to 8" x 6".

Female x Male Bauer Enlarger

Female to male Bauer type enlargers provide a connection between two parts that do not correspond. They have a smaller female and larger male coupling.  Available from 3" x 2" up to 8" x 6" in galvanised steel.

Male Bauer x Flanged Adaptor

Available in a range of standard flanges including ASA150, D, E and PN16. Male Bauer type to flanged adaptors provide a connection to corresponding sized female Bauer and flanged adaptor parts. Available from 2" up to 8" in galvanised or stainless steel. 

Female Bauer x Flanged Adaptor

Female Bauer type to flange connections are available with ASA150, D, E and PN16 adaptors as standard. They provide a connection between male Bauer and corresponding sized flanged adaptors. They are available in sizes ranging from 2" up to 8".

Male x Male Bauer Adaptor

Available in size options ranging from 3½" up to 8" in lengths of 400mm to 550mm. Genuine male to male Bauer adaptor couplings are available in galvanised or stainless steel. They are used to provide a connection between two female Bauer couplings.

Female x Female Bauer Adaptor

Available in size options ranging from 3½" up to 8" in lengths of 275mm to 360mm. Genuine female to female Bauer adaptor couplings are available in either galvanised or stainless steel. They are used to provide a connection between two male Bauer couplings.
