6311 - Spring Guard Rubber Furnace Door Coolant Hose
6311 - spring guard rubber furnace door coolant hose is manufactured the same as our 6310 furnace hose. It has a high temperature, textile ply reinforced EPDM rubber liner with a woven glass fibre outer cover. The external cover is pre-treated with a self-extinguishing rubber and provides external temperature resistance up to +550°C. In addition, our 6311 has an external 'spring guard' wire helix which is ued to protect the outer cover from abrasion or damage when in use.
Applications
Commonly used in the transfer water in order to cool furnace doors. It is also used in environments where the hose outer may be subject to extreme temperatures. It's spiral guard helix help's to protect it from harsher external applications.
