6325 - Food Quality Bulk Material Delivery Hose
6325 - food quality bulk material delivery hose is manufactured from a conductive black rubber which is weather, ozone and abrasion resistant. The cover has an anti-static wire and high tensile textile plies for added reinforcement. This hose has a smooth white abrasion resistant rubber tube that complies with FDA standards making it a great option for conveying abrasive solid food in granular or powder form.

Applications

Commonly used for conveying highly abrasive solid food in granular or powder form: sugar, grain, cereals, etc. Suitable for PVC granulates and can be used in explosive environments. 

Key Features

  • Temperature: -30°C to +80°C (steam cleaning up to +100°C for a maximum of 30 minutes).
  • Complies with FDA standards. 
  • Black cover has excellent abrasion, weather and ozone resistance.
  • Mandrel built.
  • Hose Markings: BULK MATERIAL FOOD F.D.A. [fork and glass] (white stripe).
