It is non-conductive, non-porous and can be manufactured in any RAL colour required. GRP is available is various grades including chemical resistant and flame retardant and is commonly used for a range of safety products. Moulds can be manufactured from drawings or existing samples.
Handrails, stair systems, ladders, stop log water barriers, kick plates, weir plates, electrical cabinets, tanks, vessels and grating.
The following are some examples of our GRP engineering. Please follow the links for more information.
This grating is to be installed on drain covers, walkways, assembly lines and trench covers. The grated design allows product and liquid to flow through the holes without waterlogging/flooding areas. It’s tough, durable and can work between temperatures of -100°C to +180°C.

This glass-reinforced plastic is effective for use on steps or walkways. It’s made with a composite non-corrosive anti-slip surface and can be screwed into a number of different surfaces such as wood, concrete or steel. It can work in between temperatures of -100°C to +200°C.
Manufactured from corrosion-resistant glass-reinforced plastic with anti-slip grit applied to the surface. Applied to stairways they can help prolong the service life of fatigued staircases. Like the sheet, the stair treads have working temperatures of -100°c to +200°C.
Manufactured from thermosetting resins with a fibre reinforcement. Our range of GRP sections is BS EN 13706 compliment. We offer a range of different sizes and colours to suit your needs.
