ABS Sheet

ABS Sheeting (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) is a copolymer material with many qualities, such as dimensional stability, high rigidity and excellent impact resistance. Due to its high tensile strength, it is often used in various engineering and thermoforming applications. It is commonly used across industrial and domestic applications such as the face guard on plastic sockets, keyboard components and the material from which LEGO® bricks are made†.

At PAR Group, we can convert and machine ABS into bespoke parts using our in-house CNC machining options.

Applications

Commonly manufactured into face guards for plug sockets, LEGO® bricks, or musical instruments are just a few of the more domestic uses of ABS. It's also a key component of the medical, automotive and construction industries.
