PAR to Mould Bespoke Rubber Sheets

PAR Group now have the capability to manufacture 450mm² bespoke rubber sheets in varying thicknesses, up to 20mm. This enables us to offer a wide range of compounds that are not readily available as standard rubber sheeting rolls. These include softer variations of standards rubber such as 40° EPDM or 40° Viton®. Specific colours can also be manufactured and all moulded sheets can be converted into gaskets and bespoke profiles using our own CNC profile cutting machinery.

As well as moulded sheets, we also have the in-house facilities to manufacture various moulded parts from small detailed components to large rubber blocks. Metal parts can also be incorporated such as reinforcing plates and threaded inserts.
