New PAR Direct Site Launch

We are pleased to announce the launch of our new and improved PAR Direct online shop.

The website, first launched in 2017, allows you to conveniently purchase from a vast range of products from our range. We have made a number of improvements and included more features, such as:

• Quick filtering - Each page now has filtering options which are product/page specific, helping you to find what you are looking for. With the options being specific to the products available online, it offers a better opportunity to browse for attributes that meet your application requirements.
• Live chat - We have a new live chat feature enabled between working hours from Monday to Friday. You are able to contact a member of our web team who can assist with any questions about your order, navigation around the site, or any other queries.
• Faster checkout - Check out quicker with the use of address lookup functionality. Don't worry if you can't locate your address, you can still type it manually if required.
• Click and collect - Collect from our trade counters at Preston (PR6 7BX) and Manchester (OL10 1NB). Just select your preferred collection point at the checkout and we will advise you by email when your goods are ready to collect.
• Responsive viewing - The new site is responsive, making shopping on your phone or tablet just as easy as shopping on a desktop if you're 'on the go'.
• Live stock levels - Another new feature is the ability to see how much stock we are holding of a product prior to ordering. Stocked items are also available on our next working day delivery services, subject to the terms of delivery here.
• Account history - You'll have access to your previous order history and frequently ordered products, making it quick and easy to log-in, re-add items to your basket and place repeat orders.
• Further upgrades - In the coming months, we'll be making further improvements to enhance your online shopping experience.

Already registered on PAR Direct? No problem. Your previous registration and credentials will transfer over to the new website, so you'll be able to log in and check out as normal.
