TICO S - general purpose mounting pad is manufactured from a synthetic rubber bonded cork. It is our standard machinery mounting pad and will withstand very high dynamic and static loads without physical breakdown. It is designed to reduce vibration and transmitted noise. Commonly used for lifts, conveyors, generators, refrigerator plants, vacuum pumps and compressors. Suitable for machinery with internal out of balances forces such as lathes, pillar drills, shapers and saws. Also suitable for vertical shock loads such as power presses, slotting machines, guillotines and crushers.
TICO S collars are used in tandem with TICO S and mild steel washers for mounting machinery. They fit around the exterior of a bolt and reduce the transference of machine noise and vibration. TICO S collars are available in a range of sizes in pack quantities of 6. For more information about machinery mounting methods please see the diagrams below.
