KLINGER Soft-Chem

KLINGER Soft-Chem is a soft, highly compressible sealing material that is manufactured from expanded PTFE. It is ideal for use with delicate, worn and damaged flanges as it has a low bolt load requirement and offers good resistance to creep. Soft-Chem is also FDA approved, provides excellent resistance to chemicals and is commonly used in food, pharmaceutical and chemical applications.

At PAR, we have the capability to cut to your specific requirements by utilising in-house CNC machinery. Whether you require a standard table size flange gasket or a bespoke picture frame gasket, we have the capability to cut to tight tolerances. An unbranded expanded PTFE sheet alternative is also available.
