Silicone Sponge Extrusions

Silicone sponge extrusions have excellent resistance to temperature, UV light and ozone. They are also anti-stick and have good vibration damping properties. PAR offer a range of grades and profiles (shown below) and can manufacture many others from samples or drawings.

Applications

Door seals, oven seals, heat sealing and gaskets.

Key Features

Temperature: -60°C to +200°C, -60°C to +250°C (high temp. food quality grade).

Availability

Density (lbs/ft³):	16, 24, 33 (standard grade), 28, 34 (food quality and high temp. food quality grades).
Coil Length (mtrs):	25 (shorter coils lengths may be supplied for larger profiles).
Profiles:	Standard profiles below. Others can be manufactured upon request.
Colours:	White (as standard). Can be pigmented to pastel colours upon request.
