Smooth Bore Silicone Compensator

The smooth bore silicone compensator is an elastic compensator designed for the food and pharmaceutical industry. It is manufactured from platinum-catalysed silicone with polyester reinforcements and complies with the requirements of the FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 and BgW part XV and USP class VI standards. The smooth bore silicone compensator is fitted with three stainless steel rings, which also prevent volumetric dilation and a moulded clamp seal each end. The counter-flange elements are made from INOX 304 steel.

Applications

An ideal solution for all tank, hopper, pump and weighing outlets to compensate vibrations and level differences. The compensator is also autoclavable and sterilisable.
