Polyurethane Sleeves

Polyurethane sleeves are manufactured using our own in house welding facilities. We have the capability to manufacture polyurethane sleeves, connectors and chutes in many different shapes and sizes. Our products are branded by our own trademark, Versa-chute®.

Versa-chute® is a flexible, abrasion resistant chute designed for the transfer and sorting of dry food stuff, grain, grit, powders, wood shavings, dust and other abrasive materials. Versa-chute® is manufactured from a very durable, clear thermoplastic polyurethane film (TPU) with a fully sealed and welded seam. Versa-chute® can be manufactured to many different shapes and sizes to suit your application and flanges, foam cuffs and reinforcing rings can also be incorporated.

Applications

Material transfer, sorting, check-weigh, flow monitoring, bag making, discharging, depositing, conveying, dispensing and packaging.

Size:	Made to order, please enquire. We have instructions on how to measure a Versa-chute® to aid the process.
Thickness (mm):	0.375, 1, 1.5 and 3.
Colour:	Clear and blue as standard. Other colours upon request.

Note: Versa-chute® polyurethane sleeves are supplied branded as standard. If you require Versa-chute® without branding please state this as a headline in writing when making your enquiry.

- Grade: TPU90 (1.5mm 90° Translucent TPU Sheet).
- Grade: TPU85 (1.5mm 85° Blue TPU Sheet).
- Grade: TPU95T (3mm 95° Translucent TPU Sheet).
- Grade: TPU95B (3mm 95° Blue TPU Sheet).
- Grade: TPU72 (3mm 72° Translucent Blue TPU Sheet).
