Manufactured from zinc plated steel with a drilled 'basket type' strainer. Tin can strainers have a smooth hose tail in size options from 1" to 8" with no valve unit and are suitable for suction use only. They are available to buy online at PAR Direct by clicking the link above.
The foot valve comes equipped with a female BSPP thread and an incorporated leather flap valve that ensures product can only flow one way. Female BSPP foot valves can be screwed onto a combination nipple and secured into rubber hose by our heavy-duty clamps.
