GPO3 Polyester Glass Laminate

GPO3 polyester glass laminate is a glass reinforced thermoset polyester displaying excellent electrical properties in ark and track resistance. It is also extremely strong, dimensionally stable and stiff, making it suitable for many applications in mechanical and electro-mechanical sectors. The material meets the specification requirements of Nema GPO3 making it flame retardant.

GPO3 is easily machined due to its extreme rigidity and stiffness. The same characteristics make it popular for bespoke structural parts and components that require excellent durability and stability. We have several in-house CNC facilities that allow us to convert this material, including milling, turning, sawing and drilling equipment. Applications

Insulation bars, spacers, bag sealing, high frequency insulation, high voltage insulation, precision machined parts, thermal splash barriers, welding jigs, microwave and high frequency applications.
