As one of the UK's foremost plastic sheet manufacturers, suppliers and convertors, we have been providing engineering plastics to the industry for over 35 years. Our worldwide customer base includes many well-known organisations from various sectors including; aerospace and defence, food and pharmaceutical and packaging.

We stock an extensive range of materials, sizes and thicknesses and can provide engineering, fabrication and specialist plastics for almost all applications. Popular materials include polycarbonate for excellent optical clarity and impact strength, PTFE for outstanding resistance to heat and chemicals and UHMW for exceptional resistance to wear. Food grade and metal detectable plastics are also available if required.

All our engineering plastic sheets can be machined into bespoke components utilising our in-house 5 axis CNC technology. Nylon 66 Sheet

Good mechanical strength, stiffness and resistance to wear and chemicals. Nylon 66 offers improved resilience to creep, wear and short term temperatures, but lower impact strength than standard Nylon 6 and is used for wear components and precision parts. Available in a range of grades including glass filled and flame retardant.

PAI (polyamide-imide) is an advanced plastic which can retain it's mechanical strength, creep resistance and stiffness over a range of temperatures. PEI (Ultem®) Sheet

PEI (Ultem®) sheet is an amorphous plastic that provides good mechanical properties, high dielectric strength and excellent resistance to elevated temperatures. It is easy to weld, but is susceptible to stress cracking when machining. It is often manufactured into microwave parts, sterilization trays or used as an electrical insulator. Temperature range up to +170°C.

Offering low coefficient of thermal expansion, excellent dimensional stability and low moisture absorption. PET is highly machinable, provides good resistance to wear and is FDA approved (natural only). It is commonly used to manufacture components or used in material handling applications. Ertalyte® PET-P provides excellent mechanical strength and resistance to wear, while Ertalyte® TX retains the aforementioned properties and is also self-lubricating. Polyethylene PE300 Sheet

Providing high impact strength, good resistance to wear and low coefficient of friction. PE300 (HDPE) is a lightweight, FDA approved plastic that is commonly machined into wear strips or used as linings for chutes or hoppers. It is easy to machine and fabricate, but difficult to bond. Temperature range of -50°C up to +80°C.

Offering enhanced resistance to impact and wear compared to HDPE. PE500 (HMWPE) is FDA approved, provides excellent resistance to chemicals and has low moisture absorption. Polyethylene PE1000 Sheet

Available in a variety range of grades including virgin, regen, ceramic filled, high temperature, metal detectable, internally lubricated and anti-static. PE1000 (UHMW) provides superior resistance to wear and impact compared to HDPE and HMWPE. It is primarily used in wear applications or as a lining across numerous sectors.

Our range of PTFE is available in a variety of grades that offer individual characteristics. Commonly used in applications involving chemicals, PTFE provides extremely low coefficient of friction, is electrically insulating and has a broad operating temperature. It is not suited for wear applications and is difficult to bond due to the plastics slippery surface.

Offering good mechanical, thermal and electrical insulation properties. PVDF provides excellent resistance to UV, corrosion and chemicals and is approved for food contact applications. It can be fabricated, formed, machined and polished and provides outstanding resistance to UV. Acrylic and Perspex® is commonly used in display applications. Temperature range up to +80°C.

Manufactured from a premium quality, shatterproof acrylic with a smooth, highly reflective surface on one side. Mirrored plastic sheet is commonly used as an alternative to glass as it provides much greater resistance to impact. It can also be machined to your specific requirements. Telbex pressed PVC offers good dimensional stability, toughness, rigidity and provides resistance to chemicals and corrosion.
