Machine Guards

Machine guards are designed to maintain hygiene and worker safety. They are generally used on manufacturing lines and are a requirement to comply with health and safety regulations. Our machine guards are commonly manufactured from clear PETG or polycarbonate which offers the high impact strength required as well as optical clarity required to operate the equipment. Our PETG guards are approved for food contact. We can also offer clear PVC guards for improved chemical resistance.

PAR Group manufacture machine guards using our own in house facilities. We have the capability to fabricate, form, bend, weld, bond and polish and can manufacture simple to complex designs. Guards can be manufactured from existing samples or drawings. If you are unable to provide us with drawings or samples, we may visit your site to take all the necessary details required.

Availability

Note: Due to the nature of the manufacturing process, fabricated guards will have visible welds where the individual sections of the guard are welded together. Our machine guards are PAR Group branded as standard. If you require your product without branding please state this as a headline in writing when making your enquiry.
